However, if you select Variable Shipping Rate, an additional step comes in: your validation is required. This simple process is described below:

1. No shipping rate is displayed with the offer
2. When a visitor wants to purchase your item, they click 'Buy Now' and indicate their location.
3. You receive an automated message indicating the location of the buyer.
4. You are then invited to fill in a quick form either indicating the shipping costs, or choosing to refuse to ship to this location.
5. The buyer receives your reply, pays for the item and the shipping costs together.
