POSITIVES
- The Official Menu for DSTT is very simple. No complications, just find and load.
- Loading is fairly quick, about 2 to 6 seconds, depending on the size of the rom. Not that a .sav file will be created for any rom loaded for the first time, about 5 to 10 extra seconds.
- Gameplay as normal as can be, no problems or slow CPU problems.
- Customizable Skin for Menu, although read the negatives to see why you might not care for this.
- Have you seen the price for this thing? $7, no shipping fees?
NEGATIVES
- The Official menu, while it is simple, there is no file browsing system so that you can organize things. All of your roms will be located and listed in ABC order, which can get pretty long depending on the number of roms you have.
- In addition, the Official menu is slow when you scroll or move the cursor to another rom.
- It seems that the Official team that updates the firmware for DSTT is on hiatus.
The menu for the DSTT is so simple that it becomes harder to use. Luckily, there are unofficial firmwares (with updates, occasionally) that improve your experience for this cart! YSMenu is an alternative to the Official menu. With it, there are no more slow scrolling problems, as well as being able to do everything the Official menu can do and having a file browsing system, so you can organize roms into folders. Just search on the download section of gbatemp's website.

The DSTT's official firmware is terrible. Slow, incompatible piece of fail. When YSMenu is installed to it, it's a powerhouse. It has the same abilities as several other flashcards. File browsing, GBA flash support, easy on/off cheat menu, and even a text viewer. Get it here: http://home.usay.jp/pc/etc/nds/ Yes it's in Japanese, but look under DS (T_T) DS for the download.

I really like this card alot with a small problem no new game compatibility but thats ok because i was going to get my favorite ds game ultimate spiderman for $13.00 but i thought why not get a flashcard over 1 game? so i got this, when i was thinking about this idea i only had 2 ideas in my head acekard and of course the r4 but i thought about this choice and i got it.Overall this a great first flashcard so no 5*'s but still good for a first get this!

Had this flashcard for about year. Good flashcard if only playing homebrew and couple roms but otherwise should choose better card.
Official menu of this card is pretty slow, shows every .nds file (problems with moonshell2) and order is random. Luckily there is YSMenu though.
Official team abandoned this so new games wont work awhile but all older games works fine and all homebrew stuff, too.
It is OK card but if you have 5$ extra then consider something better like Acekard.

This is a great flash cart. I've had it for around one-and-a-half years, and it has not crashed or broke on me once.
Build quality is amazing. It feels just a little bit below in quality of official carts, but it's nothing to worry about.
Compatibility is amazing too. All the games I tried worked fine, and all the newer titles you just have to go find some AP.
The only thing wrong is that there is no file browser. All of the files in the default GUI won't appear unless they are .nds, and it fishes them out of their folders and shows them all in the list. This could be a pro for the kiddios, but I would like to be able to categorize or something.
