Having ordered (or tried to order) from other sites, I have found KickGaming to be the best.
a) They're located in North America. Cheap shipping and I'm not ordering from China or somewhere else on the other side of the world.
b) Good selection, all the info I need on said selection and the shop's information is easy to find on the site.
c) EXCELLENT customer service. One of my products failed, and they took it back and repaired it within a reasonable amount of time.
d) They accept Paypal, and unlike other stores didn't require me to set up an account with some other online buying service or go through other ridiculous loops.

All in all, wonderful service and you can bet that I recommend it to everyone else.

Great Service, Nice Selection.

I seem to always be coming back to this store to buy my stuff. They have a nice selection and great service. When I did email them, they replied within a few hours, which is pretty fast. It took 2 days for me to get my order, which is really fast. Overall, nice place to shop, I highly recommend them.

I've bought a couple of items from Kick Gaming. When I had a problem with a cart about 6 months after I bought it they offered to replace it.
I sent it back and they sent me a newer cart instead! Great seller, maybe not the cheapest but very reliable and helpful people.

There doesn't appear to be an option to ship to the U.S. any more... I've emailed KickGaming time and time again about it, with no response. Time to find a new place that actually ships to the US.

I love this shop, and it was my go-to place. Unfortunately, I'm not able to add my country of residence, the U.S., to my account, and as a result, I cannot place any more orders.

Hopefully KickGaming fixes this, but until then, no more orders from me. Guess I gotta go back to the shady Chinese sites.

placed an order for some novelty items and replacement parts, easy to order and shipped next day.

we received one wrong item with no explanation, a stylus was substituted, we ordered billy bullet and got koopa, no big deal but i will dock a star point as a result

overall excellent experience, would recommend and use again myself.
Response from store: Substitute pen was shipped for free. We also notified buyer that we would ship Billy Bullet once it was back in stock and we did.
