Horrible Customer Service, Broken Website, And Didnt Even Ship Order

I placed my order (throught paypal) on the evening of Wednesday April 18th.

I received the receipt in my email immediately after, and a link where I could check the status of my order. I waited a couple days, checked the status, and my order still wasnt shipped.

I sent an email to info@NDSgamer.com, along with my Paypal transaction ID, asking them when my order would be updated.

Never received an email back.

I decided I'd sign into my customer account and see if there was anything else I could find out about my order. But when I tried to sign into my account, I kept getting a "Access data incorrect". I can assure you, Ive tried many times, and the login informaton Im using is correct. So I clicked "forgot my password". They asked for my email address, I provided it, and they send I should receive an email shortly with my login credentials.

I never received an email with my login credentials either.

I sent them a reminder email just saying "Hey, Im sorry to bother you guys, but Im still waiting for information on my shipment?". Also, I should note that Paypal hasnt received any shipping informaton yet, or confirmation that the order has been shipped.

Waited a couple of days for a response, still no response for any of my emails.

So finally, 2 days ago, I sent them email. I told them that if I did not receive my shipment or a response By tuesday, then I'd be cancelling my order, and opening a dispute with PayPal in order to get my money back.

Of course, I still haven't received a response.

Its been a week now with no response from NDSGamer, no shipping info received either. Finally, today Paypal told me that NDSGamer refunded my money. Never apologized or gave me a reason.

Thanks a lot NDSGamer, for wasting my time.
Now Ive got to spend more money and do what I should have done in the first place, and buy from another merchant.

Dont buy from NDSGamer, better off taking your business elsewhere.

Slow but Fast

I purchased an Acekard 2i and immediately made my payment. I wrote them an email the day after my payment asking for an update on the shipping info and got no response for 10 days. I wrote a second email and they responded 2 hours later and shipped my item and included the tracking information as well. It took 2 days to get here as well.

My problem was the fact that I made my order nearly two weeks ago and it wasn't shipped. However, when they did ship it it didn't take long to arrive. They did compensate the delay by sending an ACE3DS along with my Acekard 2i but the main reason I purchased from this shop in the first place was because of the fast shipping.

If you order just hope they aren't too busy and can send your item the next day like they advertise but didn't do in my case.

I ordered my ACEKARD 2I and 3 days later it was in my mail box, and I used his $2.00 dollar standard shipping. After sale service is pretty good. If you have a problem they answer emails. Oh, and I can't forget, they have great instructional video with links to the files needed to set any flash cart they sell. A++++

Demetrius, Have you had experience of bad product and service after that. It took me 20 days to communicate and god knows when I will have my money back. Let me tell you one thing, It was paypal that's why I have hope for money back. NDSgamer won't even care once deliver the product. Its your fault if your product arrives not functioning. I would say stay away from such cyber predator.

If you're not really good with computers, they will help you with everything you need to set-up until you are satisfy to your core.

My son, 5 years old is now enjoying his games loaded in r4isdhc. We dnt need to switch cartridges bec everything are in one cartridge....
