   Well my first ak2i was fine,my second one is a different story! The sd card will not go in at all because of a manufacturing defect where the slot is not lined up with the cart!The metal holder was soldered way too far too one side therefore the sd will not insert (duh)! I contacted them and they want me to pay return shipping,and say all were "tested" before shipped out! lol,yeah right,if that were the case then the "tester" must be magical to get the sd in!
   
   Granted these guys have very fair prices and fast shipping but im still looking for an "honest" seller that will stand behind their products!

2. Don't use credit card!

   I bought a dstwo and used my credit card because they don't accept paypal. The dstwo doesn't appear to be fake. However, after about a couple weeks later, I have about $1200 (not a typo) worth of pending purchases on my bank statement. Fortunately, my bank noticed and blocked the stuff.
   
   Apparently, they were hacked "during the Christmas season." RHS claim they don't keep your information, so I don't know if this was an inside job or if they actually do. Beware! You have been warned.

3. Credit Card Fraud

   Warning. They tried to charge my credit card with 1$ (from a company named "ATT") to test whether its valid. Fortunately my bank noticed this company is shady and blocked my card.

4. fast shipping and excellent product

   ordered a supercard dstwo with free shipping and it only took 3 days to ship to California and the tracking was reliable. The package was good and the product was durable and working. product works on my 3DS :) and im satisfied, i suggest you buy from these guys.

   I ordered 2 DSTWO's on 7/19 at night, had it in the mail on 7/22. Couldn't be happier and I'll definitely use them again in the future.

6. spot on delivery

   they say fast shipping and they mean it! ordered it on the first of july, it came on the fifth. and that was over the weekend and holiday! i bought a scds2 from them, have had no problems with it, reasonable price. they're a reliable shop. i would recommend them to anyone.

7. Fast, no Hassle service

   Not too much to say here. I ordered a Acekard from them, with free shipping. It arrived in 3 days shipping, no problems, not a clone, works fine, as does the Micro SD. Will use again if I need a new Flashcart.

9. Fast everything, reliable.

   The order that I made was shipped out 1 hour after my order was made - the item arrived a bit late but that's USPS's fault (chose free shipping though, so I expected that). Everything arrived as expected, and the price is great as well compared to other shops.

10. Fast delivery within the US, great customer service!

    They're based in New Jersey, so if you live on the East Coast they deliver within 2-3 days. If you live on the West Coast they deliver within 3-5 days.
    
    They do charge an extra $2-$3 on average for their flashcarts than other retailers based in China, but if you live in the US and don't mind shelling out the extra few dollars, it's well worth it. You can go to a cheaper website, but you'd be waiting for weeks, even up to a month or more.
    
    I have never received a defective flashcart from RHS, but my friend did once. All he had to do was e-mail them and they replaced it right away, no questions asked.
    
    I order all of my flashcarts almost exclusively from RHS now.
