   I just want to say THANK YOU to www.v2watch.com .I've never used them before but I'm really happy with the service.
   
   I've trawled for hours through so many sites looking for better deals and this came up as the cheapest I've found for the items I wanted. My order was just over £80 and I was a bit jubious ordering for the first time from this site but I'm very happy I did...
   
   As a comparison; to order the same things in my country (UK) it would have been around £200 so I was very impressed!!!
   
   Nobody likes to give card details to sites they have never used but they accept PayPal (a cash escrow service) which is excellent! It's given me total peace of mind and was definitely my final deciding factor before ordering
   
   Also, I order many things from China, Hong Kong, etc, and know from past experience that average time for delivery is around 28-35 days but received this in just 7 days!!! THAT'S AMAZING! Why does it take other sites so long???
   
   To top it off I got a free 'Mario' figurine. I've give it to my little one and thought it was good gesture (thank you).
   
   Anyway, I am very happy with www.v2watch.com and will definitely be using then again in future if I need anything else.

   My experience with "v2watch.com" were extremely positive.
   What distinguishes them from similar sites is very fast delivery and great customer support.
   Answers to all questions are really quick, the staff is very friendly and with excellent English skills.
   For me, this is the number one site for buying gaming equipment and I hope that we will continue successful cooperation in the future.

   I have addressed a question regarding PayPal payments for a product a wanted from VideoGamePlaza and I got a prompt and clear e-mail answer in a couple of hours. Very good customer service approach. Keep it up, VideoGamePlaza! You are the best.

6. no more pyapl for them

   i used to order from here
   
   i noticed they no longer have paypal
   
   i will never order from a place without going threw paypal, especially CHINA
   
   im assuming they were scamming people and paypal dropped them
   Response from store: Dear Customer, The paypal limited most of the flash cards sites' paypal account, including ours. That's why we have to remove the paypal payment option from our site as paypal's request. We did explain this to you on the emails?    i noticed recently when you order the paypal payment option is gone
   
   i will never buy anything without going threw paypal, especially from CHINA

9. Another bad experience from them...

   So, I ordered an item since they were VideoGamePlaza, however, three months have passed (my order is from March) and my packet didn't arrive. Of course, I've contacted them multiple times. They refused to re-send the item or issue a refund because they said they needed to wait three months to confirm the packet was lost.
   Now, however, when I try to contact them again, they don't answer anymore (I've send three e-mails). I've never had this kind of problems with any store like this one. Now, I can't open a Paypal dispute because it was too long by now. Pretty bad way to manage this kind of situations...
   Response from store: Dear Customer, as it is regular mail without tracking number, before we make the resend or refund, we need to wait for the post office to finish the investigation. Actaully we use the register air mail with tracking number only now. Thanks for the understading. Also please contact us VIA v2watch.com as we have will stop videogameplaza.com soon.
